Quang Chau Industrial Park is planned to be located in Quang Chau, Van Trung communes, and Nenh town, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province. Located adjacent to the new National Highway 1A and bordering the Cau River, Quang Chau Industrial Park has a prime location in the center of the Northern Delta, serving as a gateway for easy trade; circulation of goods between regions in the country and movement to international border gates. Internal traffic system: The internal road system is built with a reasonable cross-section, ensuring easy and convenient access for vehicles to every factory. Traffic is divided into main roads and branch roads, with main roads being 16m wide with 2 lanes, and branch roads divided into 2 lanes with a width of 8m. Lighting systems are installed along the roads.
Power supply: The industrial park is planned with a 110KV Quang Chau substation with a maximum capacity of 2x63MVA. The power supply line is arranged overhead with a voltage of 22KV, with a ring circuit structure along the industrial park to ensure power connection to each plot of land in the industrial park.
Water supply: Water is supplied by a clean water plant planned and built within the industrial park with a maximum capacity of 18,000 m3/day and night. The capacity of phase 1 is 10,000 m3/day and night, and phase 2 is 8,000 m3/day and night. Currently, the industrial park has completed phase 1 of the water supply project with a capacity of 10,000 m3. The clean water supply network for the industrial park is connected to each plot of land, ensuring stable supply and sufficient capacity for each factory.
Wastewater treatment system: The drainage system is separated into two systems: rainwater drainage and domestic/industrial wastewater drainage. Industrial wastewater from factories must meet Column B, QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT standards before being discharged into the common wastewater collection system of the entire park. It is then led to 3 centralized wastewater treatment plants of the industrial park with capacities of 6,000 m3/day and night, 4,500 m3/day and night, and 3,900 m3/day and night respectively. The treated wastewater meets Column A, QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT standards before being discharged into the environment.

Operating since 2006, Quang Chau Industrial Park has been operating stably and effectively, and is currently 97% occupied. Since its establishment, Quang Chau Industrial Park has attracted 47 investment projects, including 40 FDI projects and 07 Vietnamese projects. The total investment capital is over 2,805.4 million USD and 2,236 billion VND. Investment incentives at Quang Chau Industrial Park – Bac Giang
- Corporate income tax: Incentives are applied continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the investment project; in case the enterprise does not have taxable income in the first 3 years from the time of having revenue from the investment project, the tax exemption and reduction period is calculated from the fourth year. General incentives: 02-year tax exemption, 50% reduction for the next 04 years. Incentives for high-tech enterprises and supporting industries: Preferential tax rate of 10% for the first 15 years, 04-year tax exemption, 50% reduction for the next 09 years.
