Tien Son Industrial Park – Bac Ninh was established under Decision No. 1129/QD-TTg dated December 18, 1998, of the Prime Minister. The industrial park was invested and built by the Vietnam National Glass and Ceramics Corporation (VIGLACERA) of the Ministry of Construction. With an initial total area of 349 ha and a total investment capital of up to 834.3 billion VND. Tien Son Industrial Park was approved according to the Detailed Planning and has been adjusted and expanded many times. Currently, the industrial park has an area of 332.05 ha, located in Dong Nguyen, Hoan Son, Noi Due, Tuong Giang communes, Tien Son district (now Tu Son town), Bac Ninh province.

- Tien Son Bac Ninh Industrial Park has an electricity system supplied from the national power grid through a 110/22kV transformer station, with a total capacity of 2 x 40MVA.
- Water source: Supplied from groundwater sources, with a filling capacity of 30,000m3/day and night. In phase 1, the project to build a groundwater station at Tien Son Bac Ninh Industrial Park has a capacity of 6,500m3/day, and phase 2 is expected to continue building 1-2 more stations with equivalent capacity.
- Telecommunications system: Modern, international standard and diverse, including data transmission services, internet, IP phone or video conferencing, etc.
