General Introduction

Yen My II Industrial Park was approved for addition to the master plan of industrial parks in Hung Yen province until 2020 with a scale of 190 hectares, located within the administrative boundaries of Yen My town, Yen My district, Hung Yen province.

On September 12, 2018, the Prime Minister approved the adjustment to reduce the planned area of Yen My II Industrial Park from 190 hectares to 97.5 hectares per Official Dispatch No. 1199/TTg-CN. Subsequently, Yen My II Industrial Park was approved for expansion under Official Dispatch No. 1837/TTg-CN dated December 25, 2020, with an approved expansion area of 216 hectares located within the administrative boundaries of Trung Hung commune, Trung Hoa commune, and Yen My town, Yen My district. Thus, the total area of Yen My II Industrial Park, including the expansion according to the plan, is 313.5 hectares.
On May 27, 2022, the expansion of Yen My II Industrial Park was officially approved for investment policy by the Government under Decision No. 650/QD-TTg, with the investor for the construction and infrastructure business project of Yen My II Industrial Park being Hoa Phat Hung Yen Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd.

In addition, the easy traffic connection makes it extremely convenient to travel from Yen My II Industrial Park to important economic centers such as Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, and Ha Nam.

Infrastructure system at Yen My II Industrial Park – Hung Yen

Power supply system: Production power in Yen My II Industrial Park is guaranteed to be supplied by a 110kV/22kV substation with a capacity of 63 MVA, supplied from the national power grid.
Water supply system: Yen My II Industrial Park has invested in building an internal water supply system with a designed capacity of 7,500 m3/day and night. At the same time, water supply pipelines are pre-connected to each land plot in the industrial park.
Wastewater treatment system: The internal wastewater treatment system has a maximum treatment capacity of 6,000 m3/day and night, capable of treating wastewater from column B to column A according to Vietnam's environmental technical standards.
Internal traffic system: The main roads in Yen My II Industrial Park are designed with a width of 50 m, and branch roads have a width of 23.5 m.
Fire protection system: Firefighting water systems and fire hydrants are arranged along the traffic routes in the industrial park to ensure quick response to fire incidents within the industrial park.
Communication system: The telecommunications and communication system is guaranteed to be ready and connected according to the needs of investors operating in the industrial park.

Currently, for the existing area of 97.5 ha, the entire area has been leased and filled to 100% with typical projects such as: The beverage factory of Tribeco Northern Co., Ltd.; The glass door manufacturing factory of Austdoor Hung Yen One Member Co., Ltd., the pharmaceutical production project of Napharco Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd... and a series of projects by domestic and foreign investors.
For the expanded planned area, the investor is currently urgently implementing compensation and site clearance work and expects to deploy infrastructure construction from the end of 2022.

Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: 13,800 VND/m2/year (equivalent to 0.57 USD/m2/year)

Annual land use fee: According to the regulations of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, depending on the time.

Wastewater treatment fee: 11,000 VND/m3 (equivalent to 0.46 USD/m3)

Power supply price: Applied according to EVN's production power supply price.

Water supply price: 13,000 VND/m3 (equivalent to 0.55 USD/m3)
