INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM OF NAM CAU KIEN INDUSTRIAL PARK

• Internal traffic road system: synchronously invested, standard with a width of 25m – 30m – 40m, ensuring convenient and smooth circulation for vehicles throughout the industrial park.
• Electricity supply system: the power source for production at Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park is ensured by an internal 110kV/22kV transformer station with a capacity of 189 MVA (3*63 MVA). In the future, depending on the electricity demand of investors in the industrial park, the investor can invest in upgrading the capacity of the transformer station compared to the current system to ensure stable power supply.
• Water supply system: clean water for production at Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park is taken from Thuy Son Water Plant in Thuy Nguyen with a current supply capacity of 25,000 m3/day and night. It is expected that in 2023, the industrial park investor will invest in building an internal clean water supply plant with a capacity of 30,000 m3/day and night.
• Wastewater treatment system: Nam Cau Kien industrial park has the first and currently only wastewater treatment plant in Vietnam that meets both technical functional requirements and landscape design standards, following a Japanese park model for visitors. The wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 2,000 m3/day and night, using standard microbial treatment technology that meets QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, with an automatic online monitoring system. The wastewater collection pipeline uses HDPE material.
• Internal port system: Nam Cau Kien industrial park is planned with an internal port with a wharf length of approximately 1 km, including wharves for general cargo and petroleum. The design capacity of the port is capable of receiving vessels with a tonnage of 5,000 tons, which provides investors operating in the industrial park with a significant advantage in transporting goods and raw materials by sea.
  
• Solid waste treatment system: Nam Cau Kien industrial park is one of the very few industrial parks in Vietnam with a collection and treatment system for solid waste and hazardous waste within the industrial park, using modern technological lines.
