I. Overview of industrial parks in Bac Giang
Bac Giang has a favorable geographical location, situated right next to the Northern key economic region and belonging to the economic corridor chain passing through China – Lang Son – Hanoi – Hai Phong.
Currently, Bac Giang has 5 industrial parks in operation, located in convenient traffic locations. The industrial parks account for approximately 1063 ha of the total harvested area. These 5 industrial parks include: Dinh Tram, Song Khe – Noi Hoang, Quang Chau, Van Trung, Chau Minh.
Besides that, there are also a number of IPs currently under investment and construction with a total area of 400ha.

To date, Bac Giang province has 09 IPs that have been approved for construction planning, in which: 08 IPs have been approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy with a total natural land area of approximately 1,792.5 ha; 05 IPs are in operation.

2. Song Khe – Noi Hoang Industrial Park, area of 158.7 ha, can be expanded to 300 ha;

5. Viet Han Industrial Park with an area of 197.31 ha;
6. Hoa Phu Industrial Park with an area of 207.45 ha;

8. Yen Lu Industrial Park, with an area of 377 ha;
9. Yen Son – Bac Lung Industrial Park, with an area of 300 ha.

Dinh Tram Industrial Park, Bac Giang was built in 2003 with a total area of approximately 2003 ha. The industrial park is located in Hong Thai and Hoang Ninh communes, Viet Yen district.
Dinh Tram Industrial Park has a favorable location, situated on the National Highway 37 axis, approximately 145 km from Hai Phong port and 51 km from the center of Hanoi. This area has great potential due to its proximity to key economic zones such as Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and Cat Lai port.

2. Song Khe Industrial Park
Song Khe – Noi Hoang Industrial Park is one of the large industrial parks in Bac Giang province, located in a favorable position on the National Highway 1A axis, within the territory of Song Khe and Noi Hoang communes. The industrial park has an area of 180 ha, with approximately 140 ha of industrial land, and the rest is for traffic and greenery.
The industrial park began operations in 2008 and is planned with the goal of developing key industries, including: mechanics, electronics, textiles, wood, automotive and motorcycle component manufacturing, electronics and electronic products, and other supporting industries.

IV. Approval of the Construction Zoning Plan for Yen Lu Industrial Park (expansion)
The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued a Decision approving the Construction Zoning Plan for Yen Lu Industrial Park (expansion), Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province (scale 1/2,000).
Accordingly, the area studied for planning belongs to the administrative boundaries of Yen Lu commune, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province. The boundary is bordered to the North by agricultural canals and residential areas of An Thai village and Tan Son 1 village; to the South by agricultural land and residential areas of Yen Ha village and Yen Thinh village; to the East by Yen Lu Industrial Park; to the West by the residential area of Yen Ha village.
The scale of the planning study is approximately 208.14 ha, of which the industrial park area is approximately 204.85 ha, and the area outside the industrial park (existing traffic and residential land) is approximately 3.29 ha.
Yen Lu Industrial Park (expansion) is a multi-sector industrial park, a high-tech industrial park, and a non-polluting industrial park. V. Planning of 3 industrial parks covering nearly 550 ha in Bac Giang province
Specifically, the 3 industrial park planning projects include: Zoning plan at a scale of 1/2000 for Chau Minh – Bac Ly – Huong Lam Industrial Park, Hiep Hoa district; Yen Lu Industrial Park (expansion), Yen Dung district; and detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for Quang Chau 2 Industrial Park, Viet Yen district.
According to the draft resolution for Chau Minh – Bac Ly – Huong Lam Industrial Park, it belongs to the administrative boundaries of the communes and towns of: Chau Minh, Bac Ly, Huong Lam, Hiep Hoa district. The total area studied for planning is approximately 222.2 ha.
This is a concentrated, multi-sector industrial park including agricultural and forestry product processing, food processing, mechanical engineering, electronic components, packaging, and supporting industries with modern, advanced, and environmentally friendly technology.
