Overcoming hundreds of construction companies and intense bidding processes, Hai Long Construction caught the “eye” of Mr. Wang Zi Jun and officially embarked on a challenging and promising journey, working together to draw up the design that would define the success of the Sirtec International Vietnam Factory project.
ABOUT THE SIRTEC INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT
The “Sirtec International Vietnam Factory” project is located in Deep C Industrial Park – an ideal destination for high-quality investment projects, at the intersection of the two largest growing industrial centers in the North: Hai Phong and Quang Ninh. The investor is Sirtec International Vietnam Co., Ltd. – one of the leading reputable companies specializing in plastic injection molding and electronic components in Taiwan.
This is a large-scale project with an area of over 57,000 m2 and a total investment of nearly 15 million USD. The project places special emphasis on quality, large-scale architecture, and complex structures, along with the simultaneous construction and installation of multiple items, which requires strict control over transportation and site organization. Receiving the trust of the Investor, Hai Long Construction was honored to be selected as the design consultant and general contractor for the project.

DIFFICULTIES IN THE EARLY DAYS
Recalling the days of 2021, when Covid was the obsession of every business. From the very first steps of the project, unexpected challenges were encountered, from finding a suitable investment location to carrying out legal procedures for investment licensing. Due to pandemic isolation, the Investor could not directly visit Vietnam for surveys, so they trusted Hai Long Construction to handle all legal aspects.
Not letting the partner down, Hai Long Construction proactively built a connection system between the investor and the industrial park management board, helping the investor quickly find the most suitable location for their needs and supporting project licensing. In addition, the seamless coordination between the office in Vietnam and the customer service department in Taiwan helped the investment consulting phase proceed smoothly, saving time and costs, and increasing the project's chances of success.
Despite facing the difficulties of remote communication and limited face-to-face meetings, with all discussion plans having to take place through the screens of online meetings, the Hai Long Construction team has never stopped working hard and diligently. Because even a "slight error" in the design can lead to a "huge mistake" in reality, we – the design engineers – always have to prioritize accuracy in our work, ensuring that every detail during the design process of the Sirtec International Vietnam Factory Project is discussed and clearly understood.

And step by step, a "million-dollar" drawing for the Sirtec International Vietnam Factory was officially born. The factory buildings are characterized by uniform blocks, expressing solidity and comprehensiveness. The green space on the factory campus is also an impressive highlight with plants planted methodically and with aesthetic intent. It is not only a work of technical art but also the result of the consensus and tireless efforts of the entire design consulting team from Hai Long Construction.
A completed drawing will be realized by construction engineers into a perfect work. After more than 500 days of implementation in two phases, the project was handed over on the committed schedule. This is the clearest proof of the efforts and team spirit of Hai Long Construction.
