Hai Long Construction officially assumes the role of Construction Contractor for the EHA Hai Phong Industrial Park and Logistics Project – a project located in the Non-Tariff Zone and Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, belonging to the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City.
The project is invested by EHA Hai Phong Industrial Development JSC, implemented on a total area of 9 ha, with a construction area of 58,510 m².
The project focuses on developing international standard ready-built factory and warehouse models, with factory models starting from 2,500m² and hybrid factories from 3,300m², allowing flexibility from production to warehousing – within an integrated campus, serving the diverse needs of leasing investors.
All structures in the EHA Hai Phong project are designed and constructed according to ESG standards – an international framework for evaluating Environmental, Social, and Governance factors.
This means that every technical detail in the drawings – from wastewater treatment systems and energy-saving lighting solutions to construction materials and construction processes – is considered through the “lens” of ESG standards.
As the Contractor, Hai Long is responsible for key items such as:
03 factories and offices with a total area of over 41,000 m²
01 warehouse and office with an area of over 14,000 m²
- Auxiliary buildings, wastewater treatment system, guard house, fire protection station, and synchronous technical infrastructure items.
At this moment, the construction team is focusing all efforts on the foundation – the least visible stage, yet the one that determines the solidity of the entire structure. According to the plan, all construction work will be completed in August 2026.
Before EHA Hai Phong, Hai Long left its mark on the Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Warehouse Project – one of the strategic logistics clusters at the northern deep-water port.
That experience is reflected in how the team handles every field situation, optimizing progress without compromising quality and labor safety. The EHA Hai Phong project is the next step in that journey. And Hai Long is building it with everything honed through every project.
