Starting construction in August 2023, the Snow Coast Vietnam Factory Project has undergone over 6 months of implementation, and to date, all work has proceeded smoothly and on schedule as committed to the Investor – Snow Coast Vietnam Co., Ltd.
One of the factors contributing to the project's successful execution is the focus on occupational safety training, which is organized regularly and periodically by Hai Long Construction to equip safety engineers and workers on-site with knowledge and skills.
- All workers, before and during work, must comply with on-site security procedures and be equipped with sufficient and proper protective gear (helmets, shoes, and vests).
- Dissemination of safety measures for working at heights (must wear safety harnesses), electrical safety (using industrial sockets), and ensuring that construction areas have warning tapes and safety monitors.
- Environmental cleaning after work hours, collecting trash, cement bags, bottles, etc., and taking them to the classified waste collection area.
The Project Management Board, along with the technical staff and the team of workers, are determined to bring the project to the finish line, all sharing the same goal of meeting the schedule committed to the Investor and ensuring maximum occupational safety on-site.
