Sharing similar goals for “green” and sustainable development for a better future for the community, on August 15, 2023, Hai Long Construction and the Investor – Snow Coast Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially partnered to implement the “Snow Coast Vietnam Factory” project at Thong Nhat Industrial Cluster, Thong Nhat Commune, Hung Ha District, Thai Binh Province. The project has a total area of 65,000m2, with a construction land area of 38,000m2, a green space area of 18,500m2, and a total floor area of 47,000m2. The total investment for the project, including machinery and equipment, is up to 595 billion VND, equivalent to 25 million USD. Furthermore, the project has high aesthetic requirements with a complex design plan and special construction requirements, highlighted by a glass facade system for the factory.
Possessing superior strengths as a leading manufacturer in the fashion apparel industry, Snow Coast Vietnam Co., Ltd. expects the project to be a bright spot on the path to developing a high-quality global business network, creating long-term benefits for people and being environmentally friendly.

The project is an important turning point in the development of Snow Coast Vietnam Co., Ltd. With sustainable investment through a modern, advanced, and environmentally friendly factory system, the Investor aims to achieve the “LEED ZERO” green certificate – a certification for energy saving and carbon reduction, which has a significant effect on indoor environmental quality and reduces negative impacts on the environment.

Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, Hai Long Construction urgently carried out the preparation phase, promptly assigning tasks to relevant departments and divisions to establish plans, construction methods, and organize personnel to ensure the project is handed over according to the committed schedule.
