On the morning of October 16, 2021, Hai Long Construction JSC solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sirtec International Factory Project at Deep C Industrial Park – Hai An, Hai Phong. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Tien Dung – General Director of the Company, Mr. Pham Trung Lanh – Deputy General Director, Project Director, and representatives of relevant departments. In addition, Hai Long was also honored to welcome investors and potential customers to attend and visit the project. We also highly appreciate and thank the congratulatory flower baskets from partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. The ceremony was a great success, promising another project successfully executed by Hai Long Construction JSC.
This is a large-scale project with an area of over 57,000 m2 and an investment capital of nearly 15 million USD from the investor, Sirtec International Vietnam Co., Ltd. from Taiwan (China). This project is particularly focused on quality, architecture, and safety during construction. Furthermore, the project is large-scale with complex structures, and the simultaneous construction and installation of many items require strict control over transportation and site organization. Receiving the trust of the investor, Hai Long Construction JSC was honored to be selected as the general contractor for the project. The contract value between the two companies is up to 164 billion VND, with a construction schedule of 150 days.
The Sirtec International Vietnam Factory construction project is the next major project Hai Long is implementing in the Dinh Vu Deep C Industrial Park, alongside the Flat Vietnam Co., Ltd. factory construction project.
