On the morning of November 15, 2025, at the Xuan Cau Non-Tariff Zone, Hai Long Construction JSC, together with the contractor consortium (HTM Investment Group JSC), solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the “Warehouse No. 1 – Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center” project.
The ceremony was honored to welcome:
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tri – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tan Cang Lach Huyen JSC
- Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hau – General Director of Lach Huyen International Deep Water Port Industrial Park and Logistics JSC
- Mr. Vu Quang Huy – Head of Legal Department, Xuan Cau Group
- Representatives of the senior management of the General Contractor, Hai Long Construction, and the HTM contractor consortium.
- Along with all distinguished guests and important project partners.
This is a strategic event, marking the implementation of the first Logistics Center in the Lach Huyen area.
The Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center is being implemented within the Xuan Cau Industrial Park and Non-Tariff Zone (covering over 700 hectares), following nearly two years of negotiations, research, and preparation. The project is invested by Tan Cang Lach Huyen JSC (a joint venture between Xuan Cau Group and Lach Huyen International Deep Water Port Industrial Park and Logistics JSC).
With a total planned area of over 12 hectares for phase 1, the project is expected to become a vital link, promoting maritime and port services and contributing to the socio-economic development of Hai Phong City. This also serves as a premise for the phase 2 expansion plan (20 hectares) scheduled for mid-2026.
Selected through a competitive and transparent bidding process, the Hai Long – HTM Construction consortium is committed to delivering a high-quality, safe, and on-schedule project.
In this project, Hai Long Construction is responsible for the construction of items including:
- Warehouse No. 1: Area of 16,200 m²
- Warehouse No. 1 office: 2 floors, total floor area of 400 m²
This project presents many major technical and scheduling challenges:
- Technical aspect: Due to the characteristics of the area near the sea mouth and weak soil, the pile foundation solution requires complex handling, necessitating pile driving to depths of over 50m to ensure load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the warehouse structure system must be calculated and constructed robustly to withstand harsh weather conditions.
- Schedule aspect: The project requires urgent completion within just 3-4 months, with the goal of official operation starting from April 2026.
In response to these requirements, Hai Long Construction has mobilized its project management board and best resources. With the experience of a leading reputable General Contractor, Hai Long is committed to applying optimal construction methods, ready to deploy 3 shifts and 4 crews, ensuring absolute safety and handing over the project on schedule to meet the Investor's expectations.
The implementation of the Warehouse No. 1 – Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center project once again affirms the reputation and position of Hai Long Construction in the industrial general contracting segment, especially for large-scale logistics infrastructure projects with high technical requirements.
