This is the first Logistics Center built in the Lach Huyen area, a "pioneering" project that lays the foundation for the Xuan Cau Free Trade Zone (covering over 700 hectares) and the maritime service ecosystem of the Lach Huyen International Deep-Water Port.

The project is invested by Tan Cang Lach Huyen JSC (a joint venture between Xuan Cau Group and Lach Huyen International Deep-Water Port Industrial Zone and Logistics JSC).
