Hai Long Construction once again affirms its position in the field of design and as a general contractor for industrial construction through the success of the “Sirtec International Vietnam Factory” project.
The “Sirtec International Vietnam Factory” project is located in Deep C Industrial Park – an ideal destination for high-quality investment projects, where the two largest economic growth industrial centers in the North, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh, intersect.
Construction began in October 2021, when the biggest difficulty was not only the separation caused by the pandemic, where all detailed project discussions had to be conducted online, but also the pressure of technical expertise and the urgency in the final phase of completing the 57,000 m2 project with a total investment of up to 15 million USD.
After more than 500 days of partnership, the project has now been completed by Hai Long Construction, and the Handover Ceremony was successfully organized for the investor on the morning of April 29, 2023. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Vuong Tu Quan – representative of the Investor, Sirtec International Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Mr. Pham Tien Dung – General Director of Hai Long Construction JSC and the presence of the Board of Directors of Hai Long Construction JSC; Mr. Martin – Project Manager of Deep C Industrial Park along with the Project Management Board, Project Development Board, Site Management, etc.
At the handover ceremony, Mr. Vuong Tu Quan expressed his surprise when stepping into the factory for the first time and shared his thoughts: “The Sirtec Factory project was a direct idea that I proposed. Standing here, it is not only a sense of pride and honor, but I also want to thank Hai Long Construction for successfully realizing my dream. The most valuable thing in this project is the opportunity to cooperate with an elite partner like Hai Long Construction, and I believe this project will help Hai Long Construction's reputation grow even further.”
Starting construction during a challenging period, we value the trust and companionship of the investor even more, alongside the determination of the Board of Directors and the solidarity of our team at the construction site. After more than 500 days of implementation across two phases, the project has been handed over on schedule as committed. This is the clearest evidence of the efforts and team spirit of Hai Long Construction.
