General contractor Hai Long Construction successfully completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Jinka Material Technology Factory project. Continuing to receive the trust and selection from the investor, Hai Long Construction has begun construction on Phase 3, which will be completed in August 2023. The project has a total investment value of over 300 billion VND and a construction area of 35,000m2.
Phase 3 of the project consists of 6 items, including 3 main factory buildings, a raw material warehouse, a waste crushing plant, and a fire protection system. Each item is entering the construction phase as follows:
- Factory 3 and Factory 4, located in the center of the project, have completed the concrete, steel reinforcement, foundation, and columns for the first floor; the second floor is 70% complete with concrete, steel reinforcement, beams, and slabs.
- Factory 5, located behind Factory 3 and Factory 4, has basically completed the concrete, steel reinforcement, foundation, and columns for the first floor; the concrete, steel reinforcement, beams, and slabs for the second floor are 80% complete.
- The raw material warehouse has completed the rigid frame, concrete, steel reinforcement, beams, and second-floor slab, and is preparing to assemble the steel structure and install the roof cladding.
- The waste crushing plant has completed the concrete, foundation, masonry wall cladding, and steel structure, and is preparing to gather materials for metal roof installation.
- The water tank and fire protection area have been completed, ready for pump equipment installation according to the project schedule.
