In September 2023, alongside the joy of the GNP Nam Dinh Vu project officially receiving the completion certificate from the investor, at the construction site in Do Son Industrial Park, Hai Phong, the construction progress of the Jinka Material Technology Factory project – phase 3 is also proudly recording the initial steps of the finishing stage.
The project is built with a construction area of 35,000m2, with a total investment value of over 300 billion VND. Since breaking ground in October 2022, the project has initially been completed with specific items as follows:
- Factory building X3: basically completed, currently in the process of finishing steel doors.
- Factory building X4: currently installing cladding panels and additional elevators.
- Factory building X5: currently installing cladding panels and door systems.
- Factory building X6: steel structure and architectural cladding completed, currently installing additional flooring as requested by the investor.
- Factory building X7: basically completed.
- In parallel, auxiliary items such as the guard house, pump house, waste storage, etc., are also being quickly completed by the auxiliary construction team.
- Regarding infrastructure, the project is currently undergoing road construction to serve production activities.
On-site, the Project Management Board has deployed synchronous solutions, working closely with the joint venture contractors in executing the items. Supervision and construction acceleration are carried out through the surveillance camera and security control system installed at the site. Images reporting the construction status are updated according to weekly reports, monthly reports, daily logs, etc.
Construction progress is being focused on acceleration to complete the project according to the planned schedule, quickly finishing the project with the required quality to put it into operation, optimizing values for the investor, while still ensuring occupational safety at the site. If the current work pace is maintained, Hai Long Construction is confident that the project will be completed and handed over to the investor on time as committed.
