In January 2024, after 4 months of production and construction, Hai Long Construction completed and handed over the entire 14,500 tons of steel structures for the LG Innotek project. The technical team and workers worked tirelessly to ensure high quality and adherence to the schedule as committed in the contract.
Throughout the production process, Hai Long Construction not only focused on sourcing high-quality raw materials but also invested heavily in production technology. The 30 KW Laser cutting machine and Tandem gantry welding machines are key production equipment that the Board of Directors has invested in, helping to optimize the production process while improving precision and work efficiency.
The first 750 tons of steel structures delivered in October 2023 received high praise from the investor for their precision and compliance with technical requirements. This was an important step, proving Hai Long Construction's ability to meet and overcome all technical challenges of this major project.
Currently, the entire 14,500 tons of steel structures have been handed over and are in the stage of inspection and repair of any arising issues. Hai Long Construction is committed to ensuring that the final product meets all requirements of LG Innotek. This project will be a significant breakthrough not only in the development of Hai Long Construction but also in the industrial construction and steel structure manufacturing industry in the market.
