On February 7, 2026, Hai Long Construction JSC successfully organized the "2025 Year-End Summary Conference" in an emotional atmosphere, with the participation of the Board of Directors and all office staff. This is not only a milestone closing 2025 but also a new starting point for strategic and personnel turning points, ready to take Hai Long to the big sea.
Before the entire conference, the heartfelt words shared by Mr. Pham Anh Tien – Chairman of Taiyo Group and Mr. Pham Tien Dung – General Director of Hai Long Construction JSC, recognized and highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity and creativity of all staff, summarizing a 2025 with many outstanding achievements:
- Total company revenue reached 1,865 billion VND.
- Total contract value reached 3,028 billion VND.
- Steel structure output reached 21,633 tons, including 3,033 tons of High-Quality steel structure.
- Completed and handed over 5 projects in 2025.
- Signed and commenced 5 key projects: Viet Dung Aluminum Factory Project; Revotool Vietnam Factory Project – Phase 1; Gabriel Vietnam Manufacturing Factory Project; GIS High-Tech Electronic Components Factory Project; Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center Project.
At the same time, the Board of Directors also expressed deep gratitude to the staff who stood together through the difficult transformation period. With the orientation of promoting technology application as a key step in development, Hai Long is ready for a more successful 2026, continuing to affirm its position as a Top 10 reputable Infrastructure – Industrial Contractor.
To realize the above goal, the key factor is a leadership team with both the heart and the vision. Therefore, at this meaningful conference, the Company's Board of Directors decided to strengthen the senior management team. These are capable individuals who have made significant contributions and have been entrusted with new responsibilities for the journey ahead. Accordingly:
- Appointment of Mr. Pham Minh Hoang – as Deputy General Director
- Appointment of Mr. Tran Ngoc Ba – as Head of Construction Management Department
- Appointment of Mr. Tran Tien Hung – as Deputy Head of Construction Management Department
These appointments are not only a well-deserved recognition of the individuals' competence and dedication but also a strong commitment from the Board of Directors to building a potential succession team.
