Hai Long Construction JSC organized a conference to discuss effective coordination solutions with subcontractors and material suppliers. The goal is to find optimal plans to improve work efficiency and ensure the progress and quality of the projects the company is executing.
The conference was attended by the Board of Directors of Hai Long Construction JSC, representatives of the Construction Management Department, Material & Equipment Management Department, and Finance & Accounting Department; Subcontractor representatives: Viteq Vietnam Technology JSC, DLH JSC, Khanh Hung Construction and Trading Co., Ltd., etc.; Material supplier representatives: Hung Nguyen Trading Co., Ltd., Alpha-V Concrete JSC, etc.
The conference was divided into two separate working days, each day focusing on a specific group of partners to ensure issues were discussed in-depth and effectively. On the first day (March 17, 2025), Hai Long Construction spent the entire time working directly with subcontractors, focusing on strengthening construction coordination and resolving practical difficulties encountered by subcontractors.
The second day (March 18, 2025) was reserved for working with material suppliers – the “backbone” in ensuring raw material sources for construction projects. The meeting revolved around discussing solutions to maintain a stable supply and improve the material delivery process.
To ensure information security and prevent corruption, the “Commitment Ceremony on Information Security and Anti-Corruption between Hai Long Construction JSC and subcontractors, suppliers in 2025” was held during the two conference sessions. This affirms Hai Long Construction's determination to build a fair, professional working environment that complies with legal regulations related to project management and bidding.
