Since the success of the Sirtec 1 project in 2021, Hai Long Construction has continued to be chosen by the Investor as the General Contractor for design and construction for the Sirtec 2 project at Deep C Industrial Park, Hai Phong.
On April 11, 2022, Hai Long Construction JSC and the Investor – Sirtec International (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. signed a construction contract for the Sirtec International Vietnam Factory – Phase 2 at Lot CN4F, Deep C 2B Industrial Park, Hai Phong city, with a total contract value of over 125 billion VND and a construction schedule of 180 days.
The project is expected to start in May 2022. This is a project that is particularly focused on quality, architecture, and safety during construction. Besides, the project has a large scale, complex structure, and the requirement to construct and install many items simultaneously, which requires transportation and site organization to be strictly controlled.
Immediately after the contract was signed, the Board of Directors of Hai Long Construction urgently assigned tasks to relevant departments and divisions to establish plans, construction methods, and organize personnel to start, build, complete, and hand over the project on the schedule committed by both parties.
