Following the success of the construction contract for the H2 Factory of Primzen Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. in January 2022, Hai Long Construction continues to be trusted by the Investor to sign the contract for Phase 2 of the project.
The H2 Factory Project of Primzen Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Phase 1) is located at Lot H2, Trang Due industrial park, An Duong district, Hai Phong city, Vietnam, with a total investment value of over 6 million USD and a construction time of 300 days.
After completing Phase 1 on the committed schedule, the investor expressed satisfaction with the quality of the work and trust in the reputation of the general contractor, Hai Long Construction. The investor decided to proceed to sign the contract for Phase 2 of the project in March 2023 with a total contract value of 14,063,000,000 VND (Fourteen billion, sixty-three million VND) with a construction time of 90 days.
The H2 Factory project is considered an important project in utilizing capacity and management scale. At the same time, this will also be a place to concentrate human resources, equipment, raw materials, storage, and transportation of goods, serving as a necessary link for the production and operation of Primzen Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.
For Phase 2 of the project, the two parties agreed to add several items such as:
- Factory and warehouse adding a 4th floor including construction, steel structure, M&E, fire protection...
- Adding partition walls on the 3rd floor of the factory according to the layout plan.
- All additional elevator door openings to be finished with stainless steel.
- Adding elevator pits in the factory, adjusting the position of the reserve elevator pit in the factory, warehouse, and other changes confirmed by the Investor.
Immediately after the contract was signed, the leadership of Hai Long Construction urgently assigned tasks to relevant departments and divisions to establish plans, construction methods, and organize personnel to be able to break ground, build, complete, and hand over the project according to the schedule committed by both parties.
This is not only proof of Hai Long Construction's capacity but also the daily effort to bring peace of mind to the Investor, promoting our strengths and constantly improving production capacity and working conditions to bring quality products, ensuring the highest satisfaction for customers.
