On the morning of January 18, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Huaping Vietnam factory project was successfully held at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (Zone 1), Dong Hai 2, Hai An, Hai Phong. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor, Design Consultant, Supervision Consultant, the Board of Directors of Hai Long Construction, representatives of partners, as well as the site management board and representatives of Hai Long Construction's departments.
Huaping Vietnam Co., Ltd. operates in the field of manufacturing valves, valve components, spray parts, heating and ventilation systems, and building accessories. The project marks an important milestone in the development of Huaping Vietnam, aiming for a factory with modern technology that sets high standards for energy efficiency and produces the highest quality, diverse, and advanced products in the industry.
Accompanying the investor in this project, Hai Long Construction will serve as the general contractor for the entire project. The project has a total land area of 40,000 m2 and includes: 02 factory buildings with a total floor area of 22,740 m2; office buildings, canteens, rest areas, and food storage with a total floor area of 3,965 m2; and auxiliary items with a total floor area of 1,173 m2. The construction period is expected to last 7 months.
The Huaping Vietnam Factory project is the next major project Hai Long Construction is implementing in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, alongside the GNP Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Center project.
Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, Hai Long Construction rushed to carry out the preparation phase, urgently assigning tasks to relevant departments to establish plans, construction methods, and organize personnel to ensure the project is handed over according to the committed schedule.
