On March 5, 2024, Hai Long Construction successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony for the “U.D.Electronic Vietnam Factory” project at Thai Ha Industrial Park Phase I, Bac Ly Commune, Ly Nhan District, Ha Nam Province.
Attending the ceremony, from the Investor side, were representatives of U.D.Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd. From Hai Long Construction JSC, attendees included Mr. Pham Anh Tien – Chairman of Taiyo Group, Mr. Pham Tien Dung – General Director of Hai Long Construction, Mr. Pham Trung Lanh – Deputy General Director, Mr. Tran Dang Kien – Deputy General Director, Mr. Trinh Quang Vien – Deputy General Director, along with the staff and project partners.
The “U.D.Electronic Vietnam Factory” is a project invested and developed by U.D.Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd., with the objective of assembling and processing connecting wires, network cables, and other silicone-based products. The project utilizes 100% new machinery and equipment, primarily imported from Taiwan and China. The total investment capital amounts to 17.5 million USD.
Accompanying the Investor in this project, Hai Long Construction will serve as the general contractor for the entire project. The project covers a land area of 5.08 hectares, featuring two factory buildings and one office building.“U.D.Electronic Vietnam Factory” is the next major project Hai Long Construction is implementing in Ha Nam, alongside the Chi Chau TPT Printed Circuit Board Factory, TSMT Factory project, and GNP Dong Van III Industrial Center project.
The factory is expected to be completed in October 2024. Once in stable operation, the projected revenue is over 88 million USD/year, with a net profit of 4.0 million USD/year; it is expected to contribute approximately 20 billion VND/year to the state budget and create jobs for 2,500 local workers.
With experience in constructing high-quality manufacturing plants such as the Jinka Material Technology Factory and the Sirtec International Vietnam project, Hai Long Construction is confident in completing the “U.D.Electronic Vietnam Factory” project while ensuring all requirements for safety, quality, and schedule are met.
