Following the groundbreaking ceremony for the Snow Coast Vietnam Factory Project held on August 15, Hai Long Construction urgently held a meeting to implement detailed construction work for the project, marking the beginning of a challenging and promising journey.
The Snow Coast Vietnam Factory Project is a project with high aesthetic requirements, with the entire factory enclosure system made of glass. With a scale of up to 65,000m2, a construction floor area of 47,000m2, including a single-story factory area of over 21,000m2, a two-story warehouse floor construction area of nearly 10,000m2, a two-story office floor construction area of nearly 4,000m2, along with other items including parking, canteen, guard house, waste storage, wastewater treatment station, power station… The project is expected to have many construction challenges with strict requirements in implementation.
The Board of Directors and departments shared opinions, proposed construction methods, and discussed urgent personnel organization to optimize progress. Specifically, the Board of Directors assigned Project Director – Mr. Tran Dang Kien (Deputy General Director of Hai Long Construction), Standing Deputy Director – Mr. Do Thanh Hung, and Internal Project Management Team Leader – Mr. Hoang Manh Diep to coordinate and contribute to ensuring that every aspect of the project is comprehensively considered.
The project will face challenges of terrain and harsh weather with the storm season approaching and weak soil. However, the determined spirit and creativity of the team at Hai Long Construction JSC have been clearly demonstrated through finding the best solutions, and many management and supervision measures have been implemented methodically. The Materials Department, subcontractors, and the banking partner system are also urgently carrying out work. We are committed to completing the project successfully, ensuring it meets the committed schedule.
