Following the success of Hai Long Construction at the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the “Jiang Men North Vietnam” project in Thai Binh, on September 18, Hai Long Construction continued to win the bid and organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the “4Season Vietnam Machinery Manufacturing Factory” project at Lot CN3D, DEEP C 2B Industrial Park, Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Investor, Four Season Vietnam Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; and representatives of the DEEP C 2B Industrial Park Management Board. On behalf of the general contractor, Hai Long Construction JSC, were Mr. Pham Tien Dung – General Director of Hai Long Construction, Mr. Pham Trung Lanh – Deputy General Director, Mr. Tran Dang Kien – Deputy General Director, along with the staff and project partners.
Four Season Vietnam Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a company in the field of machinery manufacturing in Hai Phong. This is a traditional partner of Hai Long and also the 6th factory that Hai Long has built for Hongyuan Vietnam Machinery Manufacturing Company.
Accompanying the Investor in this project, Hai Long Construction will take on the role of general contractor for the entire project. The project has a total land area of 50,000 m2, to be built in two phases. Hai Long Construction will start the first phase, constructing 70% of the project, including a 1-story warehouse with a steel structure frame and metal roof covering an area of 11,256 m2; a 1-story factory building with a steel structure frame and metal roof covering an area of 6,272 m2, accompanied by a 2-story factory office; a 2-story warehouse office, and auxiliary items. The construction schedule is 135 days.
“4Season Vietnam Machinery Manufacturing Factory” is the next major project that Hai Long Construction is implementing in Dinh Vu Deep C Industrial Park, alongside the Flat Vietnam Co., Ltd. factory project, the Sirtec International Vietnam project, etc.
Immediately after the Groundbreaking Ceremony, the Hai Long Construction project management team began assigning tasks on-site. Not only striving to ensure the best safety and progress, Hai Long Construction also prioritizes quality, determined to hand over the project in the best condition to the Investor, continuing to maintain the long-term cooperative relationship between the two companies.
