TAIYO GROUP HELD THE 2022 YEAR-END SUMMARY CONFERENCE AND 2023 PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS PLAN

On the morning of January 19, 2023, in the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the new year 2023, Taiyo Group solemnly held the 2022 Year-End Summary Conference and the 2023 production and business plan.

The year-end summary ceremony is an annual event held by member companies of Taiyo Group. However, 2022 was a special summary ceremony as the entire Taiyo Group could gather together to report and share the achievements of the past year. At the same time, this was also an occasion for the Board of Directors to honor and reward outstanding collectives and individuals in 2022.

Attending the ceremony were the presence of the Board of Directors and all employees of the Group. Opening the ceremony, Mr. Pham Tien Dung – General Director of Hai Long Construction JSC gave a speech, reporting the production and business results of 2022, and at the same time setting out the plan for 2023. Accordingly, in 2022, Hai Long Construction JSC achieved many outstanding results. Specifically, with a total revenue value of over 1.35 trillion VND, this figure increased by 40% compared to 2021 and increased by 12% compared to the set plan. Besides that, the Company also had certain successes in the categories of steel structure production, purlin steel sheet production, office leasing, ... with very impressive figures.

These remarkable results were achieved thanks to the efforts of the entire staff who have always accompanied and stayed with Hai Long, even during the most difficult periods, for the Company to achieve the success it has today.

G18 Construction Equipment JSC also had a successful 2022, reaching 128.36% of the set revenue, while completing business targets and having research and development strategies for rental products, taking good advantage of opportunities for further breakthroughs in 2023.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Tien – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Taiyo Group sent his congratulations on the achievements of the member companies in the past year, and expressed his support for the policies and plans of the Board of Directors of Hai Long Construction JSC, G18 Construction Equipment JSC, and the "newcomer" TaiyoTourist in developing for the 2023 period.

After the 2022 summary report and the 2023 plan and goals of the member companies' Board of Directors, Mr. Pham Anh Tien provided comments, praised the achievements, acknowledged the remaining issues, and shared ideas for a more explosive and breakthrough 2023! With these "speaking" figures and remarkable results, Taiyo Group appreciates the dedication and highly values the efforts of the member companies along with the effective support of all employees.

With outstanding business growth, the Group's Board of Directors read the reward decisions, sending congratulations and praise for the achievements of the advanced and excellent collectives and individuals in 2022. This is a gift to encourage and motivate the spirit and fuel the work for the next year for the employees.

The honored excellent individuals and collectives are all typical examples of continuous efforts and hard work over the past time. The ceremony is also a clear testament to Taiyo Group's recognition of its employees, creating motivation for everyone to strive together, continue to promote their responsibilities, qualities, and capabilities even better to complete development goals and conquer brilliant successes in 2023.

Also during the summary, satisfied with the projects that Hai Long Construction has completed for partners, Leadjet Investment JSC, an important partner of Hai Long Construction, awarded 120 million VND to the site engineers of Hai Long Construction to express gratitude for the contributions of the staff in the past year. Along with that, Mr. Henry also awarded 150 million VND to the Hai Long Steel Structure factory for excellently completing the Amkor project. During the ceremony, Mr. Pham Minh Hoang – Head of the Project Department also awarded 500 million VND to the Hai Long Construction Trade Union, thanking the contributions of Hai Long Construction employees in the GNP Nam Dinh Vu project.

The results achieved in 2022 in the context of many difficulties and challenges are a testament to the great efforts of the leadership and employees of Taiyo Group, affirming solid steps into the new year 2023.
