On the morning of July 27, 2022, Hai Long Construction JSC successfully accepted and handed over the steel structure component of the HTVM Factory No. 2 construction project at Gian Khau Industrial Park, Gia Vien District, Ninh Binh Province, to the representative of the general contractor, Hyundai Engineering Korea. The general contractor, Hyundai Engineering Korea, expressed satisfaction with the work performed by Hai Long Construction, highly appreciated the construction capacity of Hai Long Construction, and expressed a desire to continue cooperating with Hai Long on future projects.
Hyundai Thanh Cong Factory No. 2 is built on an area of 50ha (at Gian Khau Industrial Park, Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh) with a total investment of over 3.2 trillion VND. The capacity of Hyundai Thanh Cong No. 2 is designed to reach 100,000 vehicles/year, which will increase the total production and assembly capacity of Hyundai vehicles in Vietnam to 170,000 vehicles/year. Hyundai Thanh Cong Factory No. 2 is the 2nd automobile manufacturing factory project in Ninh Binh province and is also one of the most important projects of Thanh Cong Group. The project is divided into 2 phases: phase 1 completed in July 2022, phase 2 expected to be completed in June 2025.
