Commencing construction in August 2023, after more than three months, the “Snow Coast Vietnam Factory” project has officially entered the steel structure erection phase. The steel structure erection ceremony was held in the presence of the Hai Long Construction project management board and representatives of subcontractor partners.
Snow Coast Vietnam Factory is located at Thong Nhat Industrial Cluster, Thong Nhat Commune, Hung Ha District, Thai Binh Province. The project has a total area of 65,000m2, with a construction land area of 38,000m2, a green space area of 18,500m2, and a total floor area of 47,000m2. The total investment for the project, including machinery and equipment, amounts to 595 billion VND, equivalent to 25 million USD. Furthermore, the project has high aesthetic requirements with a complex design plan, special construction requirements, and is notable for its glass factory building envelope system.
According to the overall assessment updated to date, the project is being implemented in accordance with the schedule committed to the investor. The quality of the work has been strictly inspected and evaluated to ensure that it meets specific standards and requirements, as well as criteria for durability, safety, and other quality factors. Safety and environmental sanitation work are always at the required level. Accordingly, the teams continue to maintain and supplement human resources appropriate to the nature of the work for the next phase to ensure the project schedule.
