On the morning of October 9, 2025, Hai Long Construction JSC officially signed the general contractor agreement and held the groundbreaking ceremony for the “An Gia Thinh Phat Plastic Packaging Factory” project. This significant event marks a new milestone in the cooperation between Hai Long Construction and the Investor – An Gia Thinh Phat Hung Yen Co., Ltd., while strongly affirming Hai Long's position in the field of industrial factory general contracting.
The ceremony was held solemnly at the project site, located in Nguyen Van Linh and Hoan Long communes, Hung Yen province, with the attendance of senior leadership from both companies, as well as partners, suppliers, and key project personnel.
Accompanying the goal of “Sustainable Production”
The An Gia Thinh Phat Plastic Packaging Factory is a key project for the Investor, aimed not only at expanding production capacity to meet market demand but also at building a modern, safe production facility aligned with sustainable development criteria.
