On the morning of May 28, 2025, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Pourin Vietnam Special Welding Manufacturing Factory - Phase 3 took place in a solemn atmosphere. The event was honored to have the presence of the senior leadership of the Investor – Pourin Vietnam Special Welding Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the leadership of the General Contractor Hai Long Construction, along with representatives of the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park Management Board and esteemed partners.
This is the 3rd consecutive time that Hai Long Construction has been honored to be chosen by the Investor for all 3 phases of the project. Notably, the entire Pourin project has a total investment capital of up to 85 million USD, with a total land area covering over 212,480 m². This massive scale has made Pourin the client with the second-largest land bank in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park. Successfully conquering such a large-scale project from start to finish is the strongest testament to the bravery, superior construction capacity, and solid reputation of the General Contractor Hai Long Construction.
This pride is multiplied as, at the same time, Hai Long has the honor of being named for the 3rd consecutive time in the Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam and the Top 10 Reputable Industrial – Infrastructure Construction Contractors.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
- Location: Lot CN19, Non-Tariff Zone and Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City
- Scale: Land area of over 62,000 m², total construction floor area of over 45,000 m² (including 3 factory buildings, a 5-story office building, and auxiliary systems).
- Schedule target: Complete construction in November 2026 | Complete fire safety inspection in December 2026.
The effective operational results and high performance of Pourin Factory No. 1 after more than 1 year of operation, along with the close companionship from the Investor, are a great motivation for Hai Long Construction.
