24 years ago, on November 2, 1999, Hai Long Construction JSC was established on the foundation of the equitization of the metal roofing and purlin workshop under the Import-Export and Construction Joint Stock Company – Bach Dang Construction Corporation. Under the dedicated, visionary, and decisive leadership of the Board of Directors, the company has spent over two decades overcoming difficulties and challenges, rising to develop continuously. On November 2, 2023, we celebrate the 24th anniversary of Hai Long Construction JSC – a journey full of meaning and success.
The conference “24th Anniversary of Hai Long Construction JSC” was solemnly held on November 2, 2023. This is a special event for the company, expressing gratitude and honoring the efforts and significant achievements that Hai Long Construction has attained over the past 24 years.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Pham Anh Tien – Chairman of Taiyo Group; Mr. Pham Tien Dung – Vice Chairman of Taiyo Group, General Director of Hai Long Construction JSC; Mr. Pham Trung Lanh – Deputy General Director; Mr. Trinh Quang Vien – Deputy General Director – Director of Hai Long Steel Structure Factory; Mr. Tran Dang Kien – Deputy General Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung – CFO of Taiyo Group; Mr. Le Van Chi – Deputy General Director of G18 Construction Equipment Company; Representatives of the Customer Service Department from Taiwan & Korea; Along with the presence of all staff and employees currently working at Hai Long Construction JSC.
Hai Long Construction has gone through difficult times with market fluctuations and the obstacles caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, but with the efforts of the leadership team and staff, we have “passed through the eye of the storm” together to grow stronger.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Pham Tien Dung and Mr. Pham Anh Tien opened the conference by reporting on the production and business situation and the achievements Hai Long Construction has reached in the first 10 months of 2023, presenting the direction and development goals for 2024. With impressive figures such as:
- Total value of signed contracts reached 3,741 billion VND / 2,850 billion VND compared to the plan.
- Revenue for the first 10 months of 2023 reached 1,887 billion VND / 1,650 billion VND according to the set plan.
- Continuously signing a series of large contracts with 07 projects started, signing a contract to supply 14,500 tons of steel structure, the largest ever for the LG Innotek project.
- Besides that, in September 2023, Hai Long Construction successfully started the construction of Dai Thang Factory – Hai Long Steel Structure Factory – realizing the goal of elevating the brand.

With the continuous efforts of the staff, on the occasion of the 24th anniversary, the Board of Directors honored and rewarded individuals and teams that achieved excellent results exceeding targets in 2023. This is not only a recognition of glorious contributions but also an encouragement for us to achieve many successes on the path ahead.
Also during the anniversary ceremony, the results of the “Check in HaiLong” photo contest – an internal engagement contest for members of Hai Long Construction – were announced. The contest not only responded to the company's 24th-anniversary event but was also an opportunity for everyone to show their talent and creativity in capturing special moments of life and work at Hai Long Construction.
A warm party was held, with the participation of the entire Hai Long Construction team, everyone raised a glass to celebrate the successes achieved, celebrate the past 24-year journey, and kick off the 25th year with more resounding successes.
