Following the success of the Jinka Phase 1 project in 2020 and Jinka Phase 2 in 2021, Hai Long Construction has been selected by the investor, Jinka Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., as the general contractor for the design and construction of the Jinka Phase 3 project at Lot 6, Do Son Industrial Park, Hai Phong City.
Immediately after the two parties signed the contract, the leadership of Hai Long Construction urgently assigned tasks to relevant departments and divisions to establish plans, construction methods, and organize personnel to be able to break ground, build, complete, and hand over the project according to the schedule committed by both parties.
On October 1, 2022, Hai Long Construction and the investor Jinka officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Jinka construction material technology factory project, phase 3. The project has a scale of 6.35 ha, of which the construction area accounts for 3.5 ha, the total contract value signed by the two parties is over 300 billion VND, and the construction schedule is 210 days.
