On July 13, 2019, Hai Long Construction JSC held a conference to review business and production activities for the first 6 months, implement tasks for the last 6 months of 2019, and launch emulation movements to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary (November 2, 1999 - November 2, 2019).
Attending the conference were members of the Board of Directors and all company staff.
Opening the conference, Mr. Pham Tien Dung – General Director of the Company, reported the consolidated results of production and business for the first 6 months of 2019 with a total contract value of 655 billion VND, reaching 59.55% of the 2019 plan; output value of 456 billion VND, reaching 54.94% of the plan; revenue of 460 billion VND, reaching 57.50% of the plan; and capital recovery of 530 billion VND, reaching 62.35% of the plan. The operational orientation for the remaining 6 months of 2019 is to strengthen management, re-establish management processes, and lay the foundation for development in the following years across all three divisions (office, construction site, and factory), specifically:
– The office division needs to further improve marketing and bidding work, and enhance professional expertise and skills to provide better customer consulting. Effectively implement subcontractor management, payroll, procurement, inspection and review of materials and equipment, complete the personnel structure, and launch emulation movements to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Company.
– The construction site division needs to ensure processes regarding Schedule – Quality – Safety – Efficiency according to the requirements of the Investor and the general contractor, strengthen summary and evaluation work to draw experience, and implement labor safety work effectively and systematically.
– The factory division needs to consolidate management processes after redefining the personnel organizational structure.
Following the opening speech by the General Director, reports on production and business activities for the first 6 months and plans for the last 6 months of 2019 were presented by the Deputy General Directors in charge of projects, heads of departments in the office, factory, and site managers.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Pham Anh Tien – Chairman of the Board of Directors, delivered a summary speech, addressing existing issues that need to be overcome, and expressing hope that in the last 6 months of 2019, Hai Long Construction JSC will continue to not only complete but also exceed the set plan targets.
