On December 15, 2021, Hai Long Construction JSC signed a contract with Dream Plastic Company to build the Dream Plastic Kim Son Factory at Lots C4-C5-C6-C7, Dong Huong Industrial Cluster, Dong Huong Commune, Kim Son District, Ninh Binh Province, with a total construction area of 30,000m2, of which the factory and two-story office building area is 14,864m2. To date, the project has been basically completed; most work items such as roofing, roof concrete, and interior items have been finished, while exterior work and infrastructure are being urgently completed for handover to the investor.
This is the 8th factory of Dream Plastic built by Hai Long Construction since the first contract was signed in 2014. Over the past time, Hai Long Construction has continuously received the trust and satisfaction of customers and has constructed 07 factories for Dream Plastic in Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, and Ninh Binh provinces with a total contract value of over 1.5 trillion VND. Going through a long journey together, the successful cooperative relationship between Hai Long Construction and Dream Plastic is a testament to the prestige and quality of the construction works of General Contractor Hai Long Construction.
