Following the success of Hai Long Construction in completing the GNP Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Center project and receiving the certificate from the Investor last October, the GNP Dong Van III Industrial Center project has also entered the completion inspection phase.
The project of Insight Leitch PTE.LTD (Singaporean Investor) is invested in Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park Phase II – Ha Nam with the project objective of investing in the construction of factories, warehouses, and executive offices for lease. The project's operation is a positive signal for local development, creating many job opportunities, while promoting domestic and foreign investment, contributing to the prosperity and sustainable development of the region and the country.
Started in February 2023 with a total construction area of 96,150m2. Over the course of 9 months, Hai Long Construction has demonstrated excellent capability in fulfilling the role of General Contractor. The Management Board of Ha Nam Industrial Parks has approved the acceptance results for the Ready-Built Factory (RBF) units No. 1, 2, and 3 of the project to be put into operation. This is a significant milestone not only for the project management board but also for all the workers involved in the project.
