Ngày 19/12/2025, tại Khu công nghiệp Nam Đình Vũ – TP. Hải Phòng, Lễ khánh thành Nhà máy Sản xuất tôn thép Việt Pháp số 2 đã chính thức diễn ra, đánh dấu một cột mốc quan trọng trong chiến lược mở rộng quy mô và nâng cao năng lực sản xuất của Công ty CP Tôn Thép Việt Pháp.
The project was methodically invested with a total capital of 45 million USD, featuring a modern scale, synchronized infrastructure and technology, aiming for a design capacity of 600,000 tons/year to meet the increasing demand for high-quality cold-rolled steel in the domestic and export markets.

In the role of General Contractor, Hai Long Construction JSC is honored to be trusted by the Investor to accompany the project implementation from the very first critical stages. With experience in constructing large-scale industrial projects, Hai Long Construction has focused its resources, organized scientific construction, and strictly controlled quality – schedule – labor safety, step-by-step realizing a modern factory ready for efficient operation.
The project implementation process was a collaboration of close coordination, transparency, and partnership between the Investor and the General Contractor. Each completed item is not only a result of construction capability but also a testament to the trust, unity of goals, and sense of responsibility of the parties involved in the project.
The inauguration ceremony of the Cold-Rolled Steel Factory No. 2 not only marks the official commencement of operations but also opens a new development phase for Viet Phap Steel Sheet – contributing to promoting the Vietnamese steel industry towards modernization, sustainability, and deep integration.
