In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic evolving complexly, occurring in 105 countries with more than 114 thousand infected people and showing no signs of stopping, the number of infected people has increased rapidly recently, with many large outbreaks appearing and the number of cases and deaths rising quickly.
In our country, after 22 days without new cases, just in the following 4 days, 18 more people were found to be infected (bringing the total number of infections to more than 2 times higher than before), of which 15 people entered from countries with trade and large numbers of people traveling to our country. Before the new developments of the epidemic, to minimize the spread, be ready and proactive in preventing and responding to the epidemic on a large scale, and best protect the health and lives of the people, the Prime Minister directed Ministries, branches, and localities to continue to strictly and decisively implement the directives of the Party Central Committee Secretariat in Official Dispatch No. 79-CV/TW dated January 30, 2020, the Telegram of the Standing Party Central Committee Secretariat dated March 7, 2020, Directives No. 05/CT-TTg, 06/CT-TTg, 10/CT-TTg, 11/CT-TTg, and Official Telegrams No. 121/CĐ-TTg, 156/CĐ-TTg and the directives of the Prime Minister; prepare best and be ready for all situations; continue to thoroughly grasp the spirit of “fighting the epidemic like fighting the enemy”, ready to sacrifice economic benefits to best protect the health and lives of the people.
Accordingly, to join hands with the epidemic prevention work of the Party and State, on March 7, 2020, Hai Long Construction JSC issued a notice on mandatory body temperature checks and wearing masks for all company employees, employees of companies renting offices in the building, and customers coming to work at the building. The Hai Long building management board has placed antiseptic stations at entrance doors and in front of elevator doors to ensure that all employees and customers moving from outside into the building are fully disinfected.
Besides that, the company's Trade Union has based its recommendations on the Ministry of Health's advice to provide health protection and epidemic prevention recommendations to employees, while regularly updating the epidemic situation so that employees can raise awareness of protecting their own health, their relatives, and the community.
