On the morning of April 24, 2023, following the policy and direction of the Board of Directors of Hai Long Construction JSC and the factory supervisory team, officers and workers gathered to listen to a briefing on security and safety during work at the factory.
The factory is large-scale with many operating machines, and workers frequently interact with complex production equipment systems, requiring all processes to be strictly controlled and safety-assured.
To avoid issues related to occupational accidents and ensure that no security or safety incidents occur during production at the factory, Hai Long Construction JSC organized a training session to disseminate knowledge on occupational security and safety regulations for factory workers. Security and safety training sessions are regularly held early in the morning, lasting from 30 minutes to an hour, to raise awareness, sense of responsibility, and strict compliance with labor security and safety regulations during working hours at the factory.
Hai Long Construction JSC always prioritizes safety in the factory working environment as well as product quality. Therefore, the content of each training session always emphasizes safety regulations such as uniforms, safety helmets, and safety shoes that must meet standards and be fully utilized throughout the working process, or that production equipment must be regularly inspected and maintained to protect the health and lives of workers. This helps build a safe and efficient working environment.
