On the morning of December 8, 2025, at Thai Ha Industrial Park (Bac Ly, Ninh Binh), the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the official inauguration and operation of the HHD Thai Ha Factory was solemnly held. The event marks a significant development step for Hung Hing Group after 5 years of investment in Vietnam.

Representing the General Contractor, attending the ceremony was Mr. Pham Trung Lanh – Deputy General Director of Hai Long Construction JSC, Project Director, along with management staff. The full presence of all parties affirms the strong cooperative relationship and the importance of the project to the overall development strategy.
From a “right choice” to a “comprehensive expansion strategy”
If the first factory – HH Dream Printing was the initial step demonstrating the right investment choice and vision of the Group's Board of Directors, then the birth of HHD Thai Ha today is a clear testament to the strategy of expanding production scale, elevating the brand, and comprehensively enhancing customer service capabilities.
As the General Contractor for the project, Hai Long Construction understands the Investor's expectations for a solid infrastructure to serve as a launchpad for this development.
Construction Milestone
Phase 1 The HHD Thai Ha factory is planned on a land plot with a total area of over 45,000 m² and is implemented in two phases. With urgent progress and high focus, Hai Long Construction has successfully completed Phase 1 with large-scale items:
- Production area: 3-story factory building with an area of 12,000 m².
- Storage area: Warehouse with an area of over 3,500 m².
- Infrastructure: Auxiliary items are synchronously and modernly invested, meeting the strict standards of the printing and packaging industry.
Commitment to community value
Besides its economic significance, HHD Thai Ha also brings positive social value. As soon as Phase 1 went into operation, the factory welcomed over 200 workers, and this number is expected to increase to 500 personnel when operating at full capacity.
To date, the total number of employees at both factories (HH Dream and HHD Thai Ha) has reached over 1,200 workers. This confirms Hung Hing Group's commitment to creating stable employment and contributing positively to the overall socio-economic development of Ha Nam province.
