The GNP Dong Van III Industrial Center has just been officially inaugurated at Lot CN-01, Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park (Phase II), Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Vo Sy Nhan, CEO of Gaw NP Capital, stated that the inauguration of the GNP Dong Van III Industrial Center marks an important milestone in the company's development strategy in Vietnam.
The GNP Dong Van III Industrial Center commenced construction on May 26, 2023. After more than 11 months of implementation, the project has been officially completed and put into operation. Built on a 160,000m2 site, GNP Dong Van III provides the market with nearly 100,000m2 of high-quality ready-built factories and warehouses for lease, meeting the increasing demand of investors, especially in the context of Vietnam receiving large FDI inflows from the “China+1” strategy.
It is known that the warehouses have flexible areas starting from 2,500m2 for factories and 9,000m2 for warehouses. The factory design is column-free, helping to optimize production space. In addition, tenants benefit from modern infrastructure including fire protection systems, 24/7 surveillance cameras, parking lots, wastewater treatment systems, etc. The GNP Dong Van III Industrial Center possesses a strategic location, adjacent to vital traffic routes such as National Highway 1A, Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway, and the North-South Expressway. From the project, it takes only 50-60 minutes to travel to Hanoi capital, 80 minutes to Noi Bai airport, and 120 minutes to Hai Phong port.
