Following the GNP Nam Dinh Vu industrial center project, which is currently in the finishing stage, Hai Long Construction has been selected by the Investor to complete the GNP Dong Van III project.
The project has a total land area of: 16.04 hectares
Total construction area: 96,150m2
The floor area of the facility is 99,846m2
Of which, phase 1 totals 50,000m2, including factories X1, X2, X3, and auxiliary facilities.
The GNP Dong Van III project is currently in the phase I construction stage, specifically as follows:
- Factories X1, X2, and X3 have basically completed their foundations; the three factories are currently having their perimeter walls built and are preparing for steel structure erection.
- Auxiliary items, including the parking area and fire protection area, are currently under construction.
