Following the success of the LG Display Factory project with a contract to supply 9,300 tons of steel structure, Hai Long Construction continues to be a trusted partner selected to supply steel structure for the LG Innotek project with a volume of up to 14,000 tons. The inheritance and upgrades from the previous project have proven the value and class of Hai Long Construction in the field of steel structure manufacturing and erection.
After three months of execution, as of now, Hai Long Construction has successfully completed 85% of the steel structure volume handed over by the contractor, specifically about 10,000 tons. Every day, the Hai Long Steel Structure factory transports about 160 tons of steel structure, including 5 columns and the main beams and secondary beams accompanying the columns.
During the production process, it is impossible not to mention the difficulties regarding schedule pressure from the investor and the general contractor. Recognizing the importance of maintaining the schedule, the Board of Directors decided to invest heavily in new machinery and equipment. This includes 2 30kw fiber laser cutting machines, a 14m long cutting table, 2 radial drilling machines, and many other supporting machines and equipment. This decision not only helps improve efficiency but also ensures the highest product quality. At the same time, every process is strictly supervised, ensuring that each stage meets quality and safety criteria. The factory is expected to be completed 5-10 days ahead of the schedule committed to the investor and the general contractor.
With each passing day, the LG Innotek Project has been "transforming" with new items continuously being completed.
