The U.D.Electronic Vietnam Factory project is being built on a land area of nearly 6 hectares at Thai Ha Industrial Park, Phase I, Ha Nam province, including 2 factory buildings and 1 office building. Construction commenced at the end of March 2024, with an expected construction duration of 6 months.
To date, after more than 3 months of construction, the Project Management Board has implemented construction work effectively and rapidly:
- The factory building has completed all columns, beams, floor slabs, and roofs for the first and second floors; all third-floor columns are finished, and the installation of steel formwork for the third-floor roof beams and slabs is underway.
- The parking garage has completed all columns, beams, floor slabs, and roofs for the first and second floors; it is currently in the stage of installing formwork for the third-floor columns and decorative columns.
- Auxiliary items are currently completing reinforced concrete structures.
Thus, the U.D.Electronic Vietnam Factory project is being implemented according to the schedule committed to the investor. The work is being carried out in a spirit of emulation, ensuring quality and occupational safety, and contributing to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Hai Long Construction JSC.
Determined to stick to the schedule, everyone continues to urgently complete their tasks, with the firm belief that with the cooperation, unity, and close coordination between the parties involved, all resources are ready to bring the U.D.Electronic Vietnam Factory project to a successful completion.
