The Warehouse No. 1 project at the Lach Huyen Logistics Center (Hai Phong) is one of the large-scale logistics infrastructure projects that Hai Long Construction is honored to be trusted with by the Investor.
With a total planned area of over 12 hectares for phase 1, the project is expected to become an important link, promoting maritime and port services, and contributing to the socio-economic development of Hai Phong city. This is also the premise for the phase 2 expansion plan (20 hectares) expected in mid-2026.
As the construction contractor, Hai Long is focusing maximum resources to bring the project to the finish line as committed, ensuring the strictest technical standards of a modern logistics center.
As of the end of March 2026, Hai Long Construction has quickly completed the steel frame structure and is focusing on finishing the remaining 20% of the warehouse floor and the Canopy cladding system. The entire project is expected to be completed and handed over to the investor in April 2026.
The clear construction efficiency at the project is the reason why the Investor continues to “entrust” Hai Long with the turnkey execution of auxiliary items including: Main gate, Fire protection tank, and Project fence. Currently, these items are on schedule and are expected to be completed synchronously in April 2026.
