The company focuses on developing synchronous general contracting service segments, from design consulting, manufacturing, and steel structure erection to project completion, meeting the full needs of investors.
At the end of the 2024 fiscal year, Hai Long Construction recorded a revenue of 2,455 billion VND, a total contract value of 3,451 billion VND, and a steel structure output of 23,000 tons. These results demonstrate the enterprise's adaptability during the transition period, while also reflecting the general growth trend of the entire industry, especially in the infrastructure and industrial segments – sectors forecasted to continue playing a leading role in the market in 2025.
Expanding scale, elevating the brand
Adhering to a sustainable development strategy, Hai Long Construction continuously invests in expanding its production scale, enhancing management capabilities, and applying new technologies to project operations. In 2024, the company put into operation the Dai Thang Factory – a modern steel structure manufacturing plant equipped with the first smart automated production line in Vietnam. As a result, the total output of steel structures has increased to 45,000 tons/year, not only improving production capacity but also opening up strong progress in export activities. Since the end of 2024, Hai Long Construction has continuously signed and executed steel structure export orders with a total volume of 10,000 tons for many major partners such as Hanwha Ocean (South Korea), OCI (Malaysia), and BHI (South Korea).

Typical project highlights in Q1/2025: Positive signals for a prosperous year for Hai Long Construction
The first three months of 2025 recorded many positive signals from the production and business activities of Hai Long Construction JSC.
Specifically, in Q1/2025, Hai Long Construction held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Viet Dung Aluminum finishing materials factory project at Ba Thien Industrial Park (Vinh Phuc) with a total investment of 830 billion VND and a construction area of nearly 60,000 m².
Also during this period, the company completed and handed over the Pourin Special Welding Vietnam Factory at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (Hai Phong); the U.D.Electronics Vietnam Factory at Thai Ha Industrial Park (Ha Nam) was also inaugurated on schedule.
The results achieved in the first three months of 2025 show that Hai Long Construction is maintaining a stable growth momentum, while continuing to affirm its general contractor capacity and brand position in the industrial construction market.
