The Snow Coast Vietnam Factory Project is a significant, large-scale project highly regarded for its investment level and technical requirements. Beyond construction, Snow Coast emphasizes environmental protection. The project has set criteria to achieve the LEED ZERO green certification, ensuring that the construction process does not negatively impact the surrounding environment.
After 6 months of construction, the project has reported progress for each category, specifically:
Factory building category:
– Completed steel structure erection and metal roof installation.
– Foundation concrete pouring reached 35%.
– Currently implementing glass wall installation, fire protection, and M&E works.
=> Plan: Hand over the site to the Investor for machinery installation by January 31, 2024.
Office building category:
– Completed the rigid frame and masonry work.
– Currently deploying glass wall installation, fire protection, and M&E works.
=> Plan: Hand over the site to the investor for machinery and equipment installation by January 31, 2024.
Canteen item:
– Completed steel structure and roof sheeting.
– Currently deploying glass wall installation, fire protection, and M&E works.
=> Plan: Hand over the site to the investor for machinery and equipment installation by January 31, 2024.
Warehouse 4B item:
– Completed steel structure and roof sheeting.
– Currently deploying glass wall installation, fire protection, and M&E works.
=> Plan: Hand over the site to the investor for equipment mobilization to the project by January 20, 2024.
Warehouse 6B item, an additional item, but the progress will basically meet the overall project schedule:
– Completed steel structure fabrication at the factory.
– Plan: Complete steel structure erection and roof sheeting by January 31, 2024.
Auxiliary items: Ensured according to the overall schedule and investor requirements.
An overview of the project progress shows that the Hai Long Construction team is maintaining the schedule as required by the investor. The quality of the work is also strictly ensured, guaranteeing that the project will meet high standards of quality and aesthetics.
