Commenced in October 2025, Phase II of the Pourin Vietnam Special Welding Factory Project has passed milestones from construction, production, and steel structure erection to the step-by-step completion of the facility. In this phase, Hai Long undertook the production and erection of 3,300 tons of steel structure.
From the first components fabricated to the gradual formation of the structural system at the project, the entire process was organized in stages suitable to the actual needs of the site. The production and supply of components were coordinated with the erection plan, maintaining continuity between tasks and limiting impact on the overall schedule.
At the site, receiving and organizing the erection were carried out in sequence, suitable to the site layout and actual construction conditions. Each item, upon completion, was continuously inspected, adjusted, and coordinated for acceptance according to project requirements.
Previously, in Phase I, Hai Long took on the role of general contractor and successfully brought the project to completion. After more than a year of operation, the factory is running efficiently with good performance, creating an important foundation for the Investor to continue placing their trust in Hai Long's capabilities.
The journey at the Pourin Vietnam project also demonstrates Hai Long's flexible response capability in its core areas of strength: general contractor for industrial construction and the manufacturing and erection of steel structures.
