CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT MANAGER

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD

Salary: 24,000,000 - 27,000,000/month

Research projects, survey sites, and plan implementation strategies (manpower, resources, assurance conditions, issuing construction norms, subcontracting, signing subcontracts, construction deployment...)
Manage project management boards to execute construction, ensuring set progress and quality.
Work with the Investor, supervision consultants, and subcontractors to manage construction execution.
Approve advance payments for projects, monitor the progress of subcontractors.
Prepare detailed progress reports for each item and provide timely warnings/proposed solutions to ensure on-schedule implementation.
Other tasks as assigned.

University degree or higher in Civil & Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Construction.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Have participated in industrial construction projects.
