Requirements
- University degree in Civil & Industrial Construction, Construction Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a site engineer or construction supervision position.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding construction processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word; knowledge of specialized software is an advantage.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in factory building, steel structure, and industrial projects.
Job Description
- Implement and supervise construction work at the site.
- Check drawings, construction methods, and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor progress, quality, and construction volume.
- Coordinate with the Investor, supervision consultants, contractors, and construction teams.
- Prepare and manage acceptance records, as-built documents, and quality records.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Site Management Board/Board of Directors
