The investor's challenge

GawNP Capital is developing an industrial center in one of the key industrial parks near the Hai Phong port system. With a scale of over 10 hectares of construction floor area, the project sets three main requirements:

• Schedule: early handover to put the facility into operation.
• Large-scale synchronization: many items are under construction simultaneously but must adhere to unified quality standards.
• A single point of responsibility: the investor needs a general contractor with sufficient capacity from design to construction instead of managing many individual contractors.
