Hai Long Construction, with over 20 years of experience in the field of manufacturing and erecting steel structures, has been making a strong mark at the Viet Y Steel Plant Project in Hai Phong. The project has a steel structure volume of up to 3,650 tons, including "giant steel columns" 24.5m high, 3.5m wide, and weighing 14 tons, along with a beam system 28m long, 2.2m high, and weighing 20 tons.
The project required the completion of 3,650 tons of steel structure within a short period of 60 days, while also demanding high quality according to Japanese standards. Furthermore, the Investor and the Supervision Consultant Department directly monitored the stages at the factory, ensuring all items were constructed in accordance with the design and technical requirements.
Facing difficulties in schedule and high quality requirements from the investor, Hai Long Construction did not hesitate but was always ready to turn those challenges into opportunities to affirm its capabilities. Our “steel warrior” spirit is clearly demonstrated through optimizing processes with advanced and scientific equipment, along with close coordination between departments, with the goal of completing the project on schedule while ensuring the highest construction quality.
As of now, 2,000 tons of steel structure have been transported to the site and installation is underway, contributing significantly to the on-schedule completion of the Viet Y Steel Factory, ready for handover to the Investor.
